Let go and relax.

Our massage options are designed to relieve pain and headaches, increase circulation and range of motion, and reduce overall stress while creating total relaxation in our beautiful and peaceful spa environment.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Chronically tight or painful muscles are the focus of this technique, using slower strokes or friction across the grain of the muscle to reduce discomfort. Insurance can sometimes cover deep tissue massage. Contact your insurance provider for more information.

Swedish Massage

This gentle and relaxing massage is designed to relieve stress or mild tightness in the body and is usually performed using massage oil or lotion.  Smooth strokes, gentle kneading, and circular movements will deliver you to a total state of relaxation.

Aromatouch Technique

A combination of essential oils is used to achieve the ultimate therapeutic results.  Whether you desire a relaxing or an energizing experience, these highly concentrated oils are created from nature and are used during your massage to get you back to your center of well-being.

Bronze-A-Piel Sunless Tan Massage

Our Bronze-A-Piel procedure gives you a glowing tan without the damage of sun exposure. This luxurious all-over body treatment includes body polishing, moisturizing, firming lotion, and an all-over bronzing lotion massaged into your entire body.  Maintain your tan using the Jane Iredale Tantasia bronzer once you get home.

Hot Stone Massage

Heated, smooth stones are strategically placed on key areas of the body to warm and loosen tight muscles as you become deeply relaxed. This prepares your body for the full benefits of the therapist’s hands.

Pregnancy Massage

This massage is designed to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression. There’s nothing better than this pampering massage to improve your mood and help you through your pregnancy.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery, most often a mastectomy for breast cancer.

Reflexology

Reflexology is technically not a form of message. It is a separate practice that applies pressure to the reflex zones on your feet. Reported benefits include relaxation and improved lymphatic drainage and blood circulation. These benefits help relieve the effect of stress, which in turn helps your body find balance and heal itself.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping pulls stagnation out of the body’s tissues to help address a variety of different issues. Cupping works rigid and aching muscles by activating the secretion of synovial fluids to release joint stiffness in ways not possible using the pressure of traditional massage.

Cupping Facial

This relaxing treatment combines the use of cupping therapy, hot towels, a facial mask, and a neck and shoulder massage to create an overall stress relieving experience. This cupping technique eliminates buildup of wastes and fluids in the face and neck to promote healthier brighter skin.

Cupping Cellulite

Sick of cellulite? This cupping technique helps to eliminate cellulite by ridding your body of the toxins that get deposited and trapped in and around the fat cells. This treatment varies from person to person but it typically takes eight to twelve treatments to see results.
